I believe that a Police database will make for better and more realistic RP as it can track warrants and if people have Commited a crime in the past it also allows officers to see how many arrests they have made along with how many people they have warranted. It will also allow the US Marshall to get an Image of the person with the warrant that they are tracking aswell as a Name.
